March 10 Obituaries
Jeanne Head Kennedy, 85, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018 in Arlington.
Memorial visitation for Mrs. Kennedy was held March 7 at Wade Funeral Home in Arlington.
She was born to Bill and Gladys Womack Head on Aug. 9, 1932. She graduated from Snyder High School in 1949.
My mother, Jeanne was born a small town girl in Snyder and became a big city gal in the DFW area, where she fit right in. She was the best mother a son could have wished for and was my greatest supporter. Her love and support guided me and helped me in all aspects of my life. My dad and I will miss her dearly and will think about her daily. She passed away while we held her hand, surrounded by the people, and the cat, who loved her so very much. She lived a full, happy life and I’m thankful for that. We take comfort knowing that she now sits at God’s side and is watching over us and experiencing her well-deserved eternal peace. We love you, Mom.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Kennedy, one son, Blake Kennedy, and a host of friends and family.
