Ali Mize (left) and Gayle Summers looked at signatures on petitions calling for a rollback election of the county’s tax rate Saturday morning. Summers said additional signature drives before the Dec. 9 deadline to submit the petitions to the County Clerk’s office. Petition organizers will need to collect 640 registered voters’ signatures to force county commissioners to call a rollback election of the 2020 property tax rate.
