Ysidrio Santos (right) used a backhoe to clear dirt from the area around a 12-inch water line at the intersection of 30th Street and Ave. O this morning. City of Snyder crews installed new valves and replace dportions of the line today. Residents in the area were expected to be without water service for most of the day.
