Four persons, two of them yet to be arrested, were indicted Monday by the May session of the Scurry County grand jury.<p></b></i></u>
Jalon Lee Harrison, 26, of 1595 Private Road No. 1369 in Dublin was indicted for the April 11 offense of driving while intoxicated.<p></b></i></u>
Harrison, who is out of jail on a $5,000 bond, has two prior DWI convictions in Erath County <\!m> one in 1996 and the other in 2000.<p></b></i></u>
David Mauricio Guerrero, 30, of 2102 Ave. U, No. 2 in Lubbock was ind icted for evading arrest. He is charged with fleeing from Snyder police officer Kyle Burleson on April 19. Guerrero posted a $5,000 bond, but remains in jail on other charges.</b></u></i><P ALIGN LEFT><hr>
