Jose Suarez, 53, 2900 Ave. G, was riding a bicycle on 37th Street at 5:58 when his bicycle and a 1981 van driven by Jose Rodriguez Guerrero, 37, of 2609 W. 23rd Street, collided.
Guerrero was attempting to make a turn onto 37th Street from Ave. M when the mishap occurred.
Suarez was transported by Snyder EMS to Cogdell Memorial Hospital where he was treated and later released.
Guerrero was not injured.
