Officers and directors of Texas Savings Bank were re-elected Wednesday, and one new director was added to the board, as part of the bank’s annual stockholders meetings.
Named to the board of directors was William M. Tolleson of Dallas.
Re-elected as directors were chairman David Cotton, Dr. James Cave, Monte West, Keith Hackfeld, Dr. Charles Church and Jeffrey Martin.
Martin was re-elected president and chief executive officer and Kendra Stephens was re-elected vice president, compliance officer and secretary. Assistant vice president is Sally Herrington.
