Officers and directors of Texas Savings Bank were re-elected Wednesday, and one new director was added to the board, as part of the bank’s annual stockholders meetings.<p></b></i></u>
Named to the board of directors was William M. Tolleson of Dallas.<p></b></i></u>
Re-elected as directors were chairman David Cotton, Dr. James Cave, Monte West, Keith Hackfeld, Dr. Charles Church and Jeffrey Martin.<p></b></i></u>
