The re-election of officers and directors was announced Wednesday following the annual shareholders meeting of Snyder National Bank.<p></b></i></u>
Directors re-elected were chairman Ted Crenwelge, Joe Jackson, Ralph Miller, Max von Roeder, Bill Seale, Kris Seale, Bill Wilson III and John Ward.<p></b></i></u>
Jackson also was re-elected president and chief executive officer.<p></b></i></u>
Other officers are Jack Gorman Jr., senior executive vice president; Doug Scott and Gene Stroman, both senior vice presidents.<p></b></i></u>
Vice presidents are Edna Anderson, Sid Hardegree, Helen McLeod and Janelle Orr. Re-elected as assistant cashiers were Paula Bond, Lois Brewster, Kristi Menix and Janelle Pollard.</b></u></i><P ALIGN LEFT><hr>
