Because of the strong agricultural  presence in Scurry County, the creation of an ag advisory board for the Scurry County Appraisal District is being considered.<p></b></i></u>
That item is on the agenda of the appraisal district board that meets at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. <p></b></i></u>
Additionally, the board will recognize public comments on the activities of the appraisal district. <p></b></i></u>
In other business, the board is scheduled to appoint a new member to the appraisal review board, ratification of existing contracts and general policy and the amendment of the 2003 appraisal and collection budgets. </b></u></i><P ALIGN LEFT><hr>
