Residents unselfishly rolled up their sleeves at the blood drive held last month in Snyder.
The drive, sponsored by Cogdell Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and United Blood Services of Lubbock, was considered more successful than past drives.

A total of 70 units were drawn.
The auxiliary expressed appreciation to all that helped with the blood drive and to the merchants who donated items or services for blood donors.
