A former Taco Bell employee, accused of stealing money from his employer over a three-month period, pleaded guilty Thursday afternoon in 132nd District Court.

Juan Xavier Flores, currently a resident of Brownwood, entered the guilty plea before District Judge Ernie Armstrong and was sentenced to two years in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice state jail facility, probated for five years.

Flores, 34, also was fined $1,000 and ordered to make $12,897 in restitution to Double O, owner of the Taco Bell franchise in Snyder. The thefts occurred from Nov. 2003 through January 2004.

Coral Lee Moulden, 32, of Montgomery pleaded guilty to a Feb. 6 burglary of a building.

Moulden was assessed two years in prison, probated for five years, and fined $750.

Bernardo Frausto Perez Jr. pleaded guilty to forgery, a Sept. 21, 2003 offense.

Perez, 39, of 2601 Ave. U, was sentenced to serve two years in a TDCJ state jail, probated for five years. He also was fined $750 and ordered to pay $180 in restitution to United.
