Seven persons were indicted by the Scurry County grand jury Monday, including three for felony driving while intoxicated.

Clarence Conner III, 41, of 2601 N. Grand in Amarillo was indicted for a Feb. 7 DWI offense. Conner, who has DWI convictions in Nolan County in 1999 and 2003, remains in jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Johnny Dale Gardner, 58, of 1908 Scott St. was indicted for a Feb. 9 DWI offense. Gardner was convicted of DWI in Mitchell County in 1991 and in Fisher County in 2001. His bond also is $5,000 and he currently is in jail.

Patricia Reyes Jalamos, 31, of 2702 N. First St. in San Angelo was indicted for driving while intoxicated on Feb. 1 and having a child younger than 15 years of age in the vehicle.

Jalamos has no previous DWI convictions and is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.

Omar Padilla, 19, of 1081 S. Briarwood Dr. in Lakewood, Colo. was indicted for the Jan. 18 offense of possession of marijuana. Charged with having more than five pounds of marijuana in his possession, Padilla is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.

Michael Eugene Lucas, 37, of 1312 Maple St. in Friona was indicted for the Sept. 24 offense of possession of methamphetamine in the amount of more than one gram.

In Oct. 1996, Lucas was convicted in Parmer County for burglary of a habitation. He is currently out of jail on a $10,000 bond.

Coral Lee Moulder, 28, of 1113 Cedar River Rd. in Montgomery was indicted for the Feb. 6 offense of burglary of a building. His bond was set at $5,000.

Indicted for the Feb. 8 offense of burglarizing Northeast Elementary was Rumaldo Martinez, 37, of 1407 Bristol Dr. in Killeen. He remains in jail with bond set at $5,000.
