The board also will consider the contract for a new physician assistant for the rural health clinic, and make one appointment to the hospital’s foundation board.
Dr. Bid Cooper will give his monthly medical staff report, and Ron Hunt, interim financial officer, will lead the discussion on teleradiology equipment and service, plus the possible purchase of a new video gastroscope.
Hunt also will present the financial statements for the board’s approval.
The board also will hear a report on a critical access feasibility grant as presented by J.B. Tate.
Acting administrator Cheryl Chance will give the monthly financial report, as well as the administrative report to include information on patient transfers.
The meeting is at 7:30 in the hospital boardroom.
