The varsity Tigers were slated to open the season at 4 p.m. today at Wylie, but that game has been postponed. Head coach Charles Bollinger said the schools would try to reschedule the game for Thursday, weather permitting.
The JV contest also was called off.
Both the varsity and the JV softball games against Pecos were cancelled today, with no make-up date set.
Western Texas College’s baseball game with Hardin-Simmons also was cancelled, and the schools have not announced whether the game will be made up or erased from the schedule.
