The board continued its annual evaluation of executive director John DeLille during this part of the meeting.
After the 20 minutes session, no action was taken.
Action items this morning included the approval of the financial statements and bills payable.
DeLille reported that the line from Cox Communications service area on U.S. 180 to the UCO Spinning facility was complete, and UCO is waiting for some electronic equipment before the project could be finished.
The line will be used for high-speed Internet service by UCO.
Roy McQueen, vice chairman, presided in the absence of Dayton Robertson, and members present were Rickey Daniell, James Brown and Jeffrey Martin. Also present was Roy Baze, chairman emeritus.
