Snyder, Ira and Hermleigh post offices will be closed on Monday and there will be no home delivery, but mail will be placed in post office boxes in Snyder. <p></b></i></u>
American State Bank, First American Bank, Snyder National Bank, Texas Savings Bank and West Texas State Bank also will close.  </b></u></i><P ALIGN LEFT><hr>
