“If you do not receive a new, blue voter registration card by Feb. 10, call our office,” said Joan Bunch, county clerk.

Bunch also said if a resident has moved to another location in the last two years and the new address was not given to the clerk’s office, a registration card would not be mailed.
The first election in 2004 will be the Republican and Democratic primaries on March 9.
Early voting in those primary elections begins Feb. 23.
