After six years as the general manager of Big Country Electric Co-op, Jerry Stapp will be retiring, effective Friday.<p></b></i></u>
Stapp will be honored with a  reception from 2-4 p.m. Friday in the Roby Community Center.<p></b></i></u>
Fredda Buckner will replace Stapp beginning the first of May.<p></b></i></u>
Buckner has served as the assistant manager of the co-op for the past four years and has been with the company a total of 15 years.<p></b></i></u>
Big Country’s corporate office is headquartered in Roby and district offices are located in Snyder and Stamford. </b></u></i><P ALIGN LEFT><hr>
