The spraying will begin at sundown and the first night of spraying will include the area west of College Avenue and south of 30th Street.
On Tuesday, spraying will be conducted west of College Avenue and north of 30th Street.
The third day of spraying includes the area east o f College Avenue and south of 30th Street.
On Thursday, spraying will include the area east of College Avenue and north of 30th Street.
Bobby Kenner, who heads up the department responsible for the mosquito spraying, reminds citizens that there are things to do to cut down on the number of the pests.
“Keep your weeds cut down and avoid standing water,” said Kenner, adding that old tires on the ground are ideal breeding places for mosquitoes.
