A 41-year-old Snyder man scheduled to go on trial Monday for forgery entered a guilty plea Friday in 132nd District Court and his trial has been cancelled. <p></b></i></u>
David Tovar Alaniz of 1300 26th Street was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for passing a forged check on July 24, 2003. <p></b></i></u>
