Directors of the Development Corporation of Snyder met for almost two hours in closed session Monday afternoon with representatives of Snyder Brick and Tile.<p></b></i></u>
Present at the DCOS meeting were Charles Terrell, Snyder Brick chairman from Dallas; Wilson Thomas, CEO; and Mitchell Goodger, plant manger.<p></b></i></u>
Following the closed session, DCOS executive director John DeLille said the board took no action.<p></b></i></u>
The DCOS also has a meeting posted for 10 a.m. Wednesday.<p></b></i></u>
A closed session is again planned to discuss economic development negotiations.<p></b></i></u>
The board meets in the DCOS boardroom at American State Bank.<p></b></i></u>
